An elderly man's decomposing body outside a busy Florida Walmart went unreported for up to two days, after no one noticed his slumped body over his steering wheel, according to reports.

Luis Ramirez, 70, was found slumped over in his silver Chrysler minivan just before mid-day on Sunday.
